Who is responsible?

AZIMIQ is a brand operated by SUMATONI-GROUP SRL, the controller for the processing described here. Contact: info@azimiq.com.

Taking part in the survey does not subscribe you to messages. We do not link survey answers with subscription contact details, including through timestamps.

Your feedback and survey insights

With your consent, we use your answers to understand expectations about the collection, its price and presentation, and improve AZIMIQ. No name or email address is requested. Forms also records a response identifier and start and end timestamps. Please do not include contact details, recognisable personal stories or sensitive data in open answers.

Detailed answers, timestamps and working copies are deleted or genuinely anonymised no later than six months after each submission. Aggregated statistics and insights that no longer reasonably allow someone to be identified may be retained long term. Removing a name alone does not guarantee anonymity. No identifiable individual answer is published.

An alert or updates: you choose

Sign-up is optional, for people aged 18 or over, without reservation or purchase obligation. Choices are not pre-ticked. You choose the messages and channels: email, WhatsApp or both. A telephone number is requested only for WhatsApp; SMS and calls are not included. We use your contact details, choices and consent date to confirm the request and then send the chosen messages.

Launch alert: notifying you when sales of the first collection open. Deletion no later than thirty days after the alert, with a maximum of six months after sign-up, or earlier if you withdraw. Choosing only this option does not subscribe you to updates.

AZIMIQ updates: creations, behind the scenes, launches, pre-orders, opportunities to try on watches and important milestones. For new consents under this version, each confirmed channel is retained until withdrawal or no later than twenty-four months after confirmation or your last voluntary expression of interest in these updates through that channel.

A reply or explicit request to stay subscribed can renew this period. A message sent by us, passive opening or simply visiting the website does not. We review the need for retention annually and check deadlines at least monthly. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after seven days, separately for each channel.

If you choose both, the end of the launch alert does not end an updates subscription that remains valid. We do not send the launch announcement twice through the same channel. Each purpose keeps its own consent and expiry date.

Earlier agreements remain respected

A subscription collected under a six-month limit keeps that limit and its original scope unless you give fresh, freely given and informed consent. The old one-off alert remains limited to the opening of sales. Changing this page alone does not extend your consent to other collections or twenty-four months.

Evidence of your choices and withdrawals

The survey and messages rely on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Necessary evidence of consent and the handling of your rights support our accountability obligations. Data strictly necessary to defend a right may be retained on the basis of our legitimate interest, after assessing necessity.

After unsubscription, minimal evidence of consent, its scope and withdrawal, and a limited means of preventing reimport, may be kept separately with restricted access. It is not used to contact you again. Retention depends on the need for evidence, applicable complaint periods and the risk of reimport and is reviewed at least annually. A specific dispute is handled separately. This does not authorise indefinite retention of your entire record.

Access, service providers and transfers

Access is limited to authorised SUMATONI-GROUP SRL personnel and necessary providers: Microsoft for Forms and Microsoft 365; and WhatsApp, part of Meta, if you choose that channel. No data sales, no linking to infer religious beliefs, no individual profiling and no automated decisions about you.

These services also process technical data for operation and security. Transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur depending on the service and its configuration. Information and safeguards are linked below; a copy of applicable safeguards can be requested at info@azimiq.com.

Your rights

Withdraw consent free of charge by replying STOP to our messages or writing to info@azimiq.com. You may limit withdrawal to a channel or message type; without further detail, STOP applies to all AZIMIQ communications we can link to you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where the conditions apply, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We normally respond within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. As the survey does not request your identity, finding a particular answer may be impossible; we do not collect a new identity solely for that purpose. Genuinely anonymised results can no longer be linked to you.

When sales and after-sales service begin

Orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and maintenance will have separate information before the relevant collection: purposes, legal bases, providers and appropriate periods. These activities are not activated by this notice and will not automatically be limited to six months. Buying a watch does not subscribe you to all our marketing messages.
